- Follow and test developments of the loyalty tool.
- Animate the 'Best Clients' advantages category.
- Lead the analytical dimension of projects including measurement, tracking, and reporting.
- Implement communication materials related to the 'Mes Galeries' loyalty program.
- Provide support to Customer Service teams in stores and at headquarters in resolving loyalty program issues.
- Participate in the annual update of loyalty statuses.
- Currently a student at Bac +4/5 level in a business school or equivalent.
- Customer-oriented with an interest in loyalty marketing, communication, and information systems.
- Agility in learning and tackling new challenges.
A first experience in Customer Marketing is a plus.
