1. Manage the team of Supply Chain Managers, including recruitment and continuous training.
2. Ensure smooth team dynamics and set individual and collective objectives.
3. Organize and plan team schedules and implement service quality indicators.
4. Supervise actions for product availability and analyze stock levels and quality.
5. Communicate stock risks and collaborate with the Reserve Animation and Cadencing Manager.
6. Develop and share performance indicators and organize monthly performance analysis meetings.
7. Align team work methods with company-wide directives and promote best practices.
8. Collaborate with Senior Managers at headquarters and facilitate cross-functional projects.
9. Ensure continuous process improvement with enthusiasm.
