- Manage the team of Supply Chain Managers, including recruitment and continuous training.
- Ensure smooth team dynamics and set individual and collective objectives.
- Organize and plan team schedules and implement service quality indicators.
- Supervise actions for product availability and analyze stock levels and quality.
- Communicate stock risks and collaborate with the Reserve Animation and Cadencing Manager.
- Develop and share performance indicators and organize monthly performance analysis meetings.
- Align team work methods with company-wide directives and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers at headquarters and facilitate cross-functional projects.
