- Provide legal validation for sales promotions and events.
- Address inquiries from operational teams on consumer law, intellectual property, personal data, and social media issues.
- Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
- Draft contracts within the department's areas of intervention.
- Support the company's omnichannel and digital strategy.
- Work on personal data protection initiatives.
- Conduct legal research and draft summary notes.
- Ensure company compliance with data protection regulations.
- Currently enrolled as a law student seeking a PPI internship or pursuing a Master's degree in law.
- Previous experience as a legal intern is advantageous.
- Adaptability to various situations and ability to adjust approaches as needed.
- Agility in learning and tackling new challenges.
Prior experience in a legal role is preferred but not mandatory.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in law or enrolled in a legal internship program.
Monthly gross salary of €1,300 for Bac +4 level and €1,500 for Bac +5 level.
