1. Legally validate sales promotions and events.
2. Address legal inquiries related to consumer rights, intellectual property, personal data, and social media.
3. Participate in managing pre-litigation and litigation cases.
4. Draft contracts within the department's scope.
5. Support the company's omnichannel and digital strategy.
6. Work on personal data protection.
7. Conduct legal research, draft summary notes, and ensure company compliance with data protection regulations.

1. Currently a student at a business school or equivalent, pursuing a degree at Bac +4/5 level.

2. Agility in learning and tackling new challenges.

A first experience as a legal advisor is preferred.
