1. Manage personnel administration related to hiring, integration, mobility, promotion, and departure processes.
2. Update HR information systems and organizational charts.
3. Monitor HR deadlines such as probation periods, contract end dates, part-time arrangements, and leaves.
4. Support HR Managers in recruitment processes including stakeholder communication, job posting, sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and report writing.
5. Implement the Skills Development Plan, including preparation, session registration, and performance indicator tracking.
6. Record individual training requests in the HRIS.
7. Participate in the implementation of the company's disability policy.
8. Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes.
9. Engage in internal communication projects, creating notes, communication kits, and other ongoing projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
2. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ideally, candidates should have completed one or more successful internships in Human Resources.

Fixed monthly remuneration: €1300 for Bac +4, €1500 for Bac +5.
