- Manage personnel administration related to hiring, integration, mobility, promotion, and departure processes.
- Update HR information systems and organizational charts.
- Monitor HR deadlines such as probation periods, contract end dates, part-time arrangements, and leaves.
- Support HR Managers in recruitment processes including stakeholder communication, job posting, sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and report writing.
- Implement the Skills Development Plan, including preparation, session registration, and performance indicator tracking.
- Record individual training requests in the HRIS.
- Participate in the implementation of the company's disability policy.
- Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes.
- Engage in internal communication projects, creating notes, communication kits, and other ongoing projects.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ideally, candidates should have completed one or more successful internships in Human Resources.

Fixed monthly remuneration: €1300 for Bac +4, €1500 for Bac +5.
