Galeries Lafayette Human Resources Intern

- Administer personnel processes related to hiring, integration, mobility, promotion, and departure.
- Update HR information systems and organizational charts.
- Monitor HR deadlines, including probation periods, contract terms, part-time work, and leaves.
- Support recruitment processes by liaising with stakeholders, posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and participating in interviews.
- Implement the Skills Development Plan, including session preparation, registration, and performance tracking.
- Record individual training requests in the HRIS.
- Participate in the implementation of the company's disability policy and the digitalization of HR processes.
- Contribute to internal communication projects, including drafting notes and communication kits.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Human Resources, preferably through previous internships.
Ideally, candidates should have completed one or more successful internships in Human Resources.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business or Human Resources.
Fixed monthly compensation: €1,300 for Bachelor's level, €1,500 for Master's level.
