- Manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices across various departments at the headquarters, including posting job listings, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting operational managers.
- Oversee the administrative management of intern and apprentice files, organize and facilitate integration sessions, and update recruitment tracking tools.
- Participate in internal campus events and external school actions, and animate the Campus community through organizing events, conferences, workshops, and hackathons.
- Propose original content for employer branding on social media and participate in various HR development projects.
- Collaborate with operational managers and various HR stakeholders, including HR managers, partner schools, and administrative managers.
- Contribute to the enhancement of tools and processes within the Campus community of Galeries Lafayette.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or Human Resources.
- Previous successful experience in recruitment.
- Autonomy and rigor in task execution.
- Initiative-taking and idea-sharing capabilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Action-oriented with the ability to embrace new opportunities and complex challenges with enthusiasm.
- Adaptability to various situations and real-time behavioral adjustments.
- Agility in learning through active experimentation and using successes and failures as learning opportunities.
A first experience in recruitment is required.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
