1. Manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices across various departments at the headquarters, including posting job listings, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting operational managers.
2. Oversee the administrative management of intern and apprentice files, organize and facilitate integration sessions, and update recruitment tracking tools.
3. Participate in internal campus events and external school actions, and animate the Campus community through organizing events, conferences, workshops, and hackathons.
4. Propose original content for employer branding on social media and participate in various HR development projects.
5. Collaborate with operational managers and various HR stakeholders, including HR managers, partner schools, and administrative managers.
6. Contribute to the enhancement of tools and processes within the Campus community of Galeries Lafayette.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or Human Resources.
2. Previous successful experience in recruitment.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
