1. Assist in launching the Skills Development Plan.
2. Monitor training registrations and follow up with directors.
3. Research new training organizations.
4. Prepare training sessions, including logistical arrangements.
5. Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards.
6. Conduct preliminary telephone screenings and participate in physical interviews.
7. Present a shortlist of candidates to operational teams.
8. Update and maintain recruitment dashboards.
9. Prepare for the integration of new employees.
10. Manage internship and apprenticeship files, including contracts and professional transition projects.
11. Contribute to various HR projects, such as disability policies, employer branding, and internal communication.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac +4/5).
2. Significant experience in human resources through internships or apprenticeships.
