- Assist in launching the Skills Development Plan.
- Monitor training registrations and follow up with directors.
- Research new training organizations.
- Prepare training sessions, including logistical arrangements.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards.
- Conduct preliminary telephone screenings and participate in physical interviews.
- Present a shortlist of candidates to operational teams.
- Update and maintain recruitment dashboards.
- Prepare for the integration of new employees.
- Manage internship and apprenticeship files, including contracts and professional transition projects.
- Contribute to various HR projects, such as disability policies, employer branding, and internal communication.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac +4/5).
- Significant experience in human resources through internships or apprenticeships.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders.
- Excellent listening skills to address employee and company needs.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems.
- Versatility, curiosity, reactivity, and organizational skills.
Significant experience in human resources through internships or apprenticeships is required.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac +4/5).
