1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships with high-net-worth and private clients.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and follow-up.
3. Provide expert product advice across the Maison's home collection, including materials, provenance and care.
4. Manage sales transactions, appointment scheduling and CRM records to ensure an impeccable client journey.
5. Support visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain the Maison’s aesthetic and seasonal floor sets.
6. Coordinate stock management, replenishment and returns in partnership with the store operations team.
7. Participate in in-store events, private appointments and bespoke service offerings (gift-wrapping, personalisation).
