1. Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and overall customer satisfaction.
2. Enhance the store's image by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring excellence in customer relations.

4. Inform management of any disputes, propose solutions, and support sales with mobile tax refunds and transactions.
5. Conduct transactions, promote the loyalty card, and master cash register operations.
6. Maintain versatility in service areas, manage the environment, and create gift cards.
7. Facilitate the customer journey, support sales, and promote store services.
8. Assist clients with tax refund procedures, prepare and input forms.
9. Ensure compliance with tax refund management rules and inform clients about customs procedures.
10. Issue and track invoices related to tax refunds.

A fixed monthly salary of €1,801.80 gross, with a potential variable component up to €150 gross per month based on sales performance.
