- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and overall satisfaction.
- Enhance the store's image by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining excellence in customer relations.
- Welcome and guide clients, adjusting activities according to priorities and handling situations with diplomacy.
- Inform supervisors of disputes, offer gestures of goodwill, and support sales through mobile tax refunds and transactions.
- Conduct transactions, promote loyalty cards, and manage cash operations efficiently.
- Maintain versatility across service areas, upkeep the environment, and create gift cards.
- Facilitate the customer journey, support sales, and promote store services.
- Assist clients with tax refund procedures, prepare and input forms, and ensure compliance with tax refund management rules.
- Issue and track invoices related to tax refunds.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build trustful relationships.
- Action-oriented with enthusiasm for new challenges and opportunities.
- Adaptability and agility in learning and handling new situations.
- Teamwork-oriented with a natural inclination to involve colleagues in projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling cash operations and transactions.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A fixed monthly salary of €1801.80 gross, with a potential variable component up to €150 gross monthly based on sales performance.
Comprehensive benefits include a profit-sharing and participation bonus, employee discounts, a 13th-month bonus, 80% transportation cost coverage, and meal vouchers worth €10 per working day.
