1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and overall satisfaction.

3. Welcome and guide clients, adjusting activities according to priorities and handling situations with diplomacy.
4. Inform supervisors of disputes, offer gestures of goodwill, and support sales through mobile tax refunds and transactions.
5. Conduct transactions, promote loyalty cards, and manage cash operations efficiently.
6. Maintain versatility across service areas, upkeep the environment, and create gift cards.
7. Facilitate the customer journey, support sales, and promote store services.
8. Assist clients with tax refund procedures, prepare and input forms, and ensure compliance with tax refund management rules.
9. Issue and track invoices related to tax refunds.

A fixed monthly salary of €1801.80 gross, with a potential variable component up to €150 gross monthly based on sales performance.
