1. Welcome and orient customers, ensuring a positive first impression and overall satisfaction.
2. Enhance the store's image by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring excellent customer relations.
3. Adapt activities according to priorities and handle situations diplomatically.
4. Inform management of disputes, offer personalized attention, and support sales with mobile tax refunds and transactions.
5. Process payments, promote the loyalty card, and manage cash operations.
6. Ensure versatility in service areas, maintain the environment, and create gift cards.
7. Facilitate the customer journey, support sales, and promote store services.
8. Assist customers with tax refund procedures, prepare and enter forms.
9. Control and adhere to tax refund management rules and inform about customs procedures.
10. Issue and track invoices related to tax refunds.

Fixed monthly salary of €1801.80 gross, with potential variable compensation up to €150 gross per month based on sales performance.
