Galeries Lafayette Supply Chain Manager

- Ensure the supply chain management of a department by analyzing stock levels using available indicators and dashboards.
- Oversee all supply chain flows, considering field capacities and reserves in supply needs.
- Determine stock volumes for events and share them with the Reserve Scheduling Team.
- Alert and recommend action plans to Sales Managers regarding stock issues such as zero sales, shortages, and stock clearance.
- Analyze supply needs expressed by Sales Teams and communicate them to the Operational Purchasing Department upon validation.
- Prepare and conduct monthly meetings with the Operational Purchasing Department, drafting agendas with Sales Managers, and documenting meeting outcomes.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Sales Managers.
- Produce commercial event reports and share action plans with the Sales, Offer, and Purchasing Departments.
- Contribute to reducing the Inventory Difference (DI) by adhering to Haussmann Business Unit procedures and managing 'storage' movements, supplier returns, and transfers in coordination with the Merchandise Team.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
- Over 3 years of experience in supply chain management
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in supply chain management, particularly in procurement.

A fixed salary over 12 months, including a 13th month and vacation bonus.
