1. Manage and develop the team, including recruitment, integration, training, and coaching.
2. Communicate and motivate the team around brand strategy and vision.
3. Ensure commercial management and animation of the boutique to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
4. Act as liaison with the headquarters' Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to manage stock levels.
5. Interface with suppliers and report to the Luxury Network Director.
6. Oversee clienteling efforts, building and maintaining a qualified client database.
7. Manage administrative responsibilities, including adherence to group policies, financial flows, and regulatory compliance.
8. Supervise and coordinate all administrative, accounting, HR, and security operations.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury watch/jewelry sector.
3. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in the luxury watch or jewelry sector is required.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with variable components including sales commissions and performance bonuses.

Includes parking, meal vouchers, fuel allowance, uniforms and cleaning allowance, RTT, and comprehensive health insurance.
