1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on store buildings and installations to ensure operational and safety standards.
2. Conduct maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and glazing.
3. Execute renovation and refurbishment tasks including partitions, wall installations, false ceilings, and furniture.
4. Handle electrical connections and disconnections for all powered equipment.
5. Coordinate with external service providers for interventions, including access management and verifications.
6. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance actions.
7. Report any detected malfunctions in buildings or installations to management.
8. Implement specific safety instructions during interventions and use provided tools and personal protective equipment.

1. Diploma in technical and maintenance fields.
2. Valid electrical certification is essential.

Solid experience in electricity and maintenance.
