- Ensure timely availability of products for customers.
- Prepare orders placed on the Gourmet e-commerce site.
- Conduct product picking in aisles or stands using designated tools.
- Prepare and package orders for customers, adhering to preparation timelines.
- Validate preparations and cancel missing products if necessary.
- Inform about missing products and update back-office systems.
- Package products according to order types while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage storage of finalized orders.
- Verify the conformity of delivery notes and complete client handover documents.
- Deposit prepared orders at the delivery service.
- Document incoming and outgoing flow information.
- Report anomalies to a supervisor or reference point.
- Ensure proper organization and transportation of reserves, participate in merchandise movement and storage.
- Adhere to food hygiene and quality standards (DLC control, temperatures, cold chain, product freshness).
- Contribute to the service's smooth operation and maintain the space's order.
- Track preparations using dedicated tools.
- Update reporting systems.
- Report anomalies in the space, stands, and reserves to the supervisor.
- Maintain the orderliness of reserves and platforms.
- Ensure the environment's presentation is clean and organized, including furniture, space, and reserves.
- During peak activity, perform customer service tasks such as checkout, Click & Collect, and customer reception.
- Adaptability to various situations and challenges.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving impactful business objectives.

Experience in the logistics sector is advantageous.
Fixed annual salary of €1,660, with potential variable compensation up to €216 gross annually.
