- Manage team assignments and affiliations using internal HR software
- Update organizational charts and manage supervisors' schedules
- Centralize managers' schedules and Sunday volunteer lists
- Process amendment requests from managers and liaise with HR
- Coordinate recruitment requests with the HR department
- Maintain and track recruitment reinforcement budgets
- Oversee departmental supplies and manage internal events
- Organize training management by handling requests and ensuring compliance with training plans
- Manage interim staffing needs using PIXID software
- Implement and register risk prevention plans in collaboration with the risk prevention service
- Strong team cooperation skills

Fixed annual salary of 30,000 EUR, with a 13th-month bonus and vacation bonus.
