1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring the service area is well-maintained.
2. Facilitate customer orientation within the store.
3. Sell services and complementary products such as gift cards, gift boxes, loyalty cards, financing cards, gift list openings, and delivery services.
4. Handle and follow up on various customer complaints.

1. Successful professional experience in sales or customer service.
2. Fluent in French, English, and a third language.
3. Must present a clean criminal record (B3).

Experience in the sales or customer service sector is required.

Fixed annual salary of €22,000 gross, with a variable component up to €237 gross per month. Includes a thirteenth month salary.
