- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring the service area is well-maintained.
- Facilitate customer orientation within the store.
- Sell services and complementary products such as gift cards, gift boxes, loyalty cards, financing cards, gift list openings, and delivery services.
- Handle and follow up on various customer complaints.
- Successful professional experience in sales or customer service.
- Fluent in French, English, and a third language.
- Must present a clean criminal record (B3).
- Dynamic and proactive.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Team player.
Experience in the sales or customer service sector is required.
Fixed annual salary of €22,000 gross, with a variable component up to €237 gross per month. Includes a thirteenth month salary.
