1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring the highest level of service and facilitating their navigation within the store.
2. Promote and sell services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, and financing options.
3. Handle and follow up on various customer complaints.

1. Proven experience in sales or customer service.
2. Fluency in French, English, and a third language.
3. A clean criminal record (B3 extract).

Previous successful experience in sales or customer service is required.

Fixed annual salary of €22,000 gross, with a potential variable bonus of up to €237 gross per month, plus a thirteenth month salary.

Includes a closing bonus, vacation bonus, profit-sharing, 80% transport cost coverage, discounts on purchases, and personalized onboarding.
