1. Welcome and inform clients about various services and current commercial and event-related activities at the store.
2. Promote and sell store services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, financing cards, delivery, and shipping services.
3. Ensure the execution of services within the Concierge Space including payment processing, tax refund, returns, exchanges, shipping, and delivery.
4. Handle diverse customer complaints effectively.
5. Guarantee a high standard of hospitality in the Lounges, including dedicated catering services.

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

Proven experience in a customer service or concierge role within a luxury retail environment is required.

Fixed annual gross salary of €21,700, with a potential variable component up to €237 per month, plus a thirteenth month salary.
