- Welcome and inform clients about various services and current commercial and event activities at the store.
- Promote and sell store services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, financing cards, delivery, and shipping.
- Manage services offered at the Concierge Desk, including payment processing, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping, and delivery.
- Handle diverse customer complaints.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the Lounges with dedicated catering services.
- Client-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships.
- Adaptable to different situations and action-oriented.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.
- Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Fixed annual salary of €21,700 gross, with a variable component up to €237 gross per month. Includes a thirteenth month salary.
