- Develop and implement strategies to enhance in-store experiences and foster customer loyalty, in collaboration with other departments.
- Deliver a joyful, creative, and committed shopping experience to customers.
- Ensure service excellence by analyzing customer satisfaction indicators.
- Identify trends and opportunities to enrich the shopping experience.
- Support team development and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with service-related procedures, including payments, tax refunds, and sensitive situations.
- Promote personalized services in collaboration with Personal Advisors.

Fixed annual salary over 13 months, with a variable component up to €3,500 gross annually.
