Galeries Lafayette Cultural Projects Production Coordinator

- Assist the Cultural Projects Coordinator in designing, implementing, and monitoring exhibitions, artistic commissions, residencies, and unconventional projects.
- Ensure the successful execution of each initiative by combining organizational rigor with creativity.
- Oversee the production process, including preliminary studies, specifications, assembly organization, and management of external service providers.
- Manage logistical organization, operational scheduling, and the reception of artists, residents, or service providers.
- Collaborate with internal general and technical services to ensure optimal use of invested spaces, including Archives, and maintain artistic installations.
- Coordinate administrative, legal, and budgetary aspects, including budget preparation and monitoring, invoicing, and drafting of production and transfer contracts.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with significant cultural production experience.
- Autonomous, organized, and meticulous.
- Ability to inspire and engage teams to achieve company objectives.
- Proficiency in adopting new technologies and anticipating innovations.
At least 2-3 years in a similar position with a strong background in cultural production.
Fixed annual salary between €37,000 and €42,000 gross, paid over 13 months.
