Galeries Lafayette CRM and Client Data Specialist
The Horlogerie Bijouterie division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of watches and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the central purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With a robust presence of 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers a curated selection of over 60 watch and jewelry brands, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious brands, complemented by a bespoke jewelry creation service. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and Hermès, catering to both urban and airport clientele.
- Define and implement the omnichannel CRM strategy.
- Oversee campaign performance and optimize client data collection.
- Contribute to the definition of client strategy and action plans.
- Redesign triggers and manage the 360° CRM schedule.
- Create and manage CRM campaign briefs and oversee creative agencies.
- Operationally manage campaigns on external platforms.
- Ensure campaign deliverability and analyze key performance indicators.
- Implement and test new campaign templates and A/B testing.
- Participate in digital strategy development for both brands.
- Conduct active monitoring of best practices in channels and deliverability.
- Manage the CRM budget.
- Oversee DATAMART management and data quality.
- Conduct client analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate on CRM-related projects such as loyalty programs.
- Act as the primary contact for GDPR compliance projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and data management.
- Excellent communication and creative briefing skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics.
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance.
A minimum of three years of experience in CRM and client data management roles is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Competitive fixed salary between €50,000 - €55,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus.
