The Horlogerie Bijouterie branch of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. It serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. The branch operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry through 70 Louis Pion retail locations and an e-commerce site. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands with 12 boutiques and an e-commerce platform. The branch also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Sell exceptional products using appropriate sales techniques and ceremonial sales methods.
- Provide personalized customer service to each client.
- Listen, guide, and advise clients for tailored sales.
- Adapt to the needs and motivations of each client.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products and introduce exceptional pieces.
- Contribute to the store's revenue growth and achieve objectives with the team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by making each shopping experience unique.
- Maintain client relationships through privileged support and digital tools.
- Participate in and accompany clients to exceptional brand events.
- Develop a client book and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and organized.
- Manage store operations and adhere to group and brand policies and procedures.
- Successful sales experience in the high-end service sector.
- Perfect mastery of luxury codes and associated sales techniques.
- Strong interest in watch and jewelry products.
- Solid interpersonal skills to establish privileged relationships internally and externally.
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in a third language (Mandarin) is appreciated.

Experience in luxury sales and customer service is required.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months based on profile, plus variable (individual sales commissions, exceptional sales commissions, bonuses on objectives).
Parking, meal vouchers, fuel allowance, uniforms and cleaning allowance, three consecutive rest days, health insurance and provident fund.
