Galeries Lafayette Luxury Sales Associate
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these establishments. With 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an unparalleled selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to more than 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence, also offering bespoke jewelry creation services. Beyond its own brands, the division operates mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Execute sales of luxury products using appropriate sales techniques and ceremonial procedures.
- Provide personalized customer service to each client.
- Listen, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales transactions.
- Adapt to the unique needs and motivations of each client.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Contribute to the boutique's revenue growth and achievement of team objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a unique shopping experience.
- Maintain client relationships through privileged support and digital tools.
- Participate in exclusive brand events with select clients.
- Develop a personal client book and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and organization.
- Manage store operations in compliance with group and brand policies and procedures.
- Assist in product merchandising according to visual standards.
- Proven experience in high-end service sales.
- Thorough understanding of luxury codes and associated sales techniques.
- Strong passion for horology and jewelry products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building privileged internal and external relationships.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in a third language, such as Mandarin, is appreciated.
- Dynamic, adaptable, with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- High level of rigor and demand.

Demonstrated success in luxury retail sales, particularly within high-end service environments.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months, with additional variable components including individual sales commissions, exceptional sales commissions, and performance bonuses.
Includes parking, meal vouchers, fuel allowance, uniforms and cleaning allowance, three consecutive rest days, health insurance, and provident fund.
