1. Greet customers, assess needs and provide personalised advice on cheese selection, provenance and pairings.
2. Portion, weigh and package cheeses to order, ensuring attractive presentation and correct labelling.
3. Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately.
4. Maintain display counters using merchandising standards and ensure rotation to minimise waste.
