- Participate in store opening and closing operations.
- Ensure the safety of people and property.
- Conduct continuous monitoring to prevent known and unknown shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance of all alarm, video surveillance, and remote monitoring systems.
- Supervise security teams and act as a liaison for the Operations Manager.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in security and safety measures during events.
- Manage and follow up on incident reports and complaints.
- Handle all security-related matters for employees and the store in coordination with the building's Security Control Room.
- Organize evacuation drills.
- Regularly train and raise awareness among staff, ensuring proper availability of protective equipment.
- Secure merchandise and ensure the store's security.
- Establish and update security procedures.
- Supervise security teams and maintain daily communication with the security service provider.
- Possession of a professional card and up-to-date SSIAP2 certification.
- Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar role.
- Background in security or National Police/Gendarmerie.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work transversally and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of legal regulations in security, safety, maintenance, and technical areas.
- Rigorous and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solution-oriented and proactive.
- Ability to remain calm during crisis management and maintain discretion.
- Interest in retail, customer relations, and lifestyle culture.
5 to 10 years of significant experience in a similar security role.
