1. Participate in store opening and closing operations.
2. Ensure the safety of people and property.
3. Conduct continuous monitoring to prevent known and unknown shrinkage.
4. Ensure compliance of all alarm, video surveillance, and remote monitoring systems.
5. Supervise security teams and act as a liaison for the Operations Manager.
6. Propose and implement continuous improvements in security and safety measures during events.
7. Manage and follow up on incident reports and complaints.
8. Handle all security-related matters for employees and the store in coordination with the building's Security Control Room.
9. Organize evacuation drills.
10. Regularly train and raise awareness among staff, ensuring proper availability of protective equipment.
11. Secure merchandise and ensure the store's security.
12. Establish and update security procedures.
13. Supervise security teams and maintain daily communication with the security service provider.

1. Possession of a professional card and up-to-date SSIAP2 certification.
2. Significant experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar role.
3. Background in security or National Police/Gendarmerie.
4. Team-oriented with the ability to work transversally and maintain quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Knowledge of legal regulations in security, safety, maintenance, and technical areas.
