1. Manage the food team by organizing and distributing tasks among team members.
2. Ensure adherence to work schedules, anticipate absences, and adjust plans to maintain staffing balance.
3. Develop team members and ensure compliance with internal regulations and workplace safety.
4. Guarantee high-quality customer service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
5. Address customer complaints and propose improvement plans.
6. Contribute to sales targets by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing improvement actions.
7. Prevent inventory loss by adhering to procedures and conducting inventories.
8. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, including food quality control and cleanliness.
