Fresh Senior Manager, Social Media Creative

1. Lead the creation of original and engaging visual content across social media platforms, focusing on Instagram, in alignment with Fresh's brand storytelling and social strategy.
2. Champion digital-native innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge formats to keep Fresh at the forefront of social media trends.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure social content aligns with brand objectives and commercial activations.
4. Enhance brand storytelling through compelling visual narratives and new content franchise approaches.
5. Maintain visual brand aesthetics and contribute to creating a strong visual identity for Fresh on social media.
6. Oversee and execute all phases of social-first production, from pre-production planning to post-production.
7. Develop and implement brand style guidelines and design toolkits for various social media formats.
8. Stay informed on social media trends and competitive landscape to inform creative strategies.
9. Manage and optimize resources by engaging with content creators and providing art direction.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in content creation roles at agencies, studios, or in-house.
2. Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing.
3. Strong understanding of internet, pop, and visual culture.
4. Impeccable taste and craft in visual communication.
5. Knowledge of beauty, fashion, and lifestyle video landscapes.
6. Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts.
7. Familiarity with Adobe Programs (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
8. Motion design knowledge is preferred.
9. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 USD.
