1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
2. Create and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
3. Coordinate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and product development to align efforts with client needs.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within key accounts.
5. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Conduct regular business reviews and analyze key performance indicators to monitor account health.
7. Negotiate contracts and terms with key accounts to optimize business outcomes.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine account strategies.

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
2. 6-8 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing strategic accounts.

3. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a focus on strategic accounts.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 USD.
