1. Support the channel manager in implementing sales plans for daily operations, promotional seasons, and IP collaborations.
2. Assist in channel demand forecasting, stock management, and sales mechanism implementation.
3. Monitor beauty market and platform developments to identify business opportunities through regular sales analysis.
4. Manage daily operations such as order verification, inventory reconciliation, and customer complaint resolution to ensure efficient key account management.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of Tmall-exclusive products, limited-edition campaigns, and large-scale promotions like Double 11 and 618.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Fluency in both written and spoken English.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with a background in brand sites.
