Fresh Sales and Operations Intern

- Produce weekly and monthly retail sales reports, including daily sales and sell-through data.
- Generate productivity, newness, and SKU ranking reports on a regular basis.
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests for categories, segments, franchises, and traffic.
- Maintain and update sample and tester tracking documents.
- Assist in data preparation for forecasting sellable products, new launches, limited editions, and samples.
- Support the opening of new retail locations by updating and building relevant reports.
- Provide weekly order information for POSM and internal orders, offering general support to Business Managers.
- Create monthly SKU performance reports for various franchises.
- Assist in analyzing sell-in and sell-out data for new business ventures.
- Produce monthly stock coverage reports to maintain accurate inventory across all locations.
- Manage RGAs from retailers, addressing quality control issues.
- Create POSM, sample, and tester orders for all retail locations.
- Generate internal orders for marketing and digital teams.
- Create purchase orders using the AX system.
- Support the returns process by creating RGAs upon managerial approval.
- Maintain and update POS systems, including staff and discount information.
- Ensure accurate inventory in boutiques through weekly cycle count reports and stock adjustments in the RAMS system.
- Assist in the setup of internal and external events, including stock orders and sample management.
- Monitor open orders on the AX system, flagging any issues.
- Maintain the item master file, adding or deleting items as necessary.
- Produce new line forms for retailers.
- Monitor EDI issues and communicate with the manager or PCIS team as needed.
- Degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- 12 months of experience in the luxury goods retail industry or FMCG is beneficial.
- Inherent interest in the beauty industry.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Motivation and drive.
Beginner-level experience in the luxury goods retail industry or FMCG is beneficial.
Degree in Business Studies or similar.
