1. Produce weekly and monthly retail sales reports, including daily sales and sell-through data.
2. Generate productivity, newness, and SKU ranking reports on a regular basis.
3. Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests, such as category, segment, franchise, and traffic reports.
4. Maintain sample and tester tracking documents.
5. Support data preparation for forecasting sellable products, new launches, limited editions, and samples monthly.
6. Assist in updating and building reports as new retail locations open.
7. Provide weekly order information for POSM and internal orders, supporting Business Managers.
8. Create monthly SKU performance reports for franchises.
9. Analyze sell-in and sell-out data for new business openings.
10. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory across all locations with monthly stock coverage reports.
11. Handle retailer RGAs, including quality control issues.
12. Create POSM, sample, and tester orders for all locations.
13. Generate internal orders for marketing and digital teams.
14. Create purchase orders using the AX system.
15. Support store returns processes and maintain POS systems.
16. Maintain accurate boutique inventory through weekly cycle count reports and stock adjustments.
17. Support internal and external event setups, including stock orders and sample management.
18. Monitor open orders on the AX system and address issues.
19. Maintain and update the item master file.
20. Produce new line forms for retailers.
21. Monitor EDI issues and coordinate with managers and the PCIS team.

1. Degree in Business Studies or a related field.

1. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
2. Customer service orientation.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Strong motivation.

A minimum of 12 months' experience in the luxury goods retail industry or FMCG is beneficial.

Degree in Business Studies or similar.
