Fresh Sales and Operations Intern

- Produce weekly and monthly retail sales reports, including daily sales and sell-through data.
- Generate productivity, newness, and SKU ranking reports on a regular basis.
- Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests, such as category, segment, franchise, and traffic reports.
- Maintain sample and tester tracking documents.
- Support data preparation for forecasting sellable products, new launches, limited editions, and samples monthly.
- Assist in updating and building reports as new retail locations open.
- Provide weekly order information for POSM and internal orders, supporting Business Managers.
- Create monthly SKU performance reports for franchises.
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out data for new business openings.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory across all locations with monthly stock coverage reports.
- Handle retailer RGAs, including quality control issues.
- Create POSM, sample, and tester orders for all locations.
- Generate internal orders for marketing and digital teams.
- Create purchase orders using the AX system.
- Support store returns processes and maintain POS systems.
- Maintain accurate boutique inventory through weekly cycle count reports and stock adjustments.
- Support internal and external event setups, including stock orders and sample management.
- Monitor open orders on the AX system and address issues.
- Maintain and update the item master file.
- Produce new line forms for retailers.
- Monitor EDI issues and coordinate with managers and the PCIS team.
- Degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong motivation.
A minimum of 12 months' experience in the luxury goods retail industry or FMCG is beneficial.
Degree in Business Studies or similar.
