1. Meet and exceed sales targets through dynamic and proactive engagement.
2. Effectively communicate product knowledge and rituals to guests.
3. Demonstrate proper usage of skincare products to guests.
4. Maintain a guest-centric approach in all interactions.
5. Assist guests with their needs and inquiries.
6. Recruit and build rapport with guests to foster long-term relationships.
7. Manage boutique clienteling and ensure smooth daily operations.
8. Adhere to and uphold boutique SOP standards.
9. Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions from team leads.
10. Adapt to environmental changes as necessary.
11. Provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.

1. Minimum diploma or equivalent level of education.
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales, or FMCG industry.
3. Sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
4. Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition.
5. Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays.
