- Facilitate seamless communication with retail staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including stock management, goods delivery, and store maintenance.
- Prepare accurate business performance reports.
- Oversee payroll calculations, including roster verification, commissions, incentives, and allowances.
- Collaborate with demand planning and warehousing teams to optimize stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.
- Manage invoice settlements efficiently.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance business efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to communicate and implement operational changes.
- Act as a key contact for retail system inquiries.
- Support retail projects, including store renovations and customer events.
- Manage the operational budget and control expenses.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and patience.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail systems and operations, including basic merchandising principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry is required.
Bachelor's degree required.
