Fresh Regional Sales Manager

- Lead and develop a team of Sales and Education Account Executives and sales specialists across the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets in designated Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom stores.
- Plan and execute strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through innovative events and edutainment.
- Conduct in-store training sessions at Sephora, Nordstrom, and Ulta, aligning with brand expectations.
- Utilize company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies for training and sales enhancement.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with store-level personnel, including Sephora BAs, Nordstrom CMs, and Ulta management.
- Oversee in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained in stores.
- Collaborate with store leadership on visual placement and stock management.
- Develop and manage Sales and Education Coordinators to ensure territory growth and team success.
- Maintain a regular call cycle to stores and manage scheduling and travel effectively.
- 7+ years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Experience in Sephora, Nordstrom, and Ulta environments.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Capability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage flexible working hours.
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, with a focus on retail environments such as Sephora, Nordstrom, and Ulta.
The salary range for this role is $118,000 - $135,000 USD.
