Fresh Retail Operations Executive

1. Facilitate seamless communication with retail staff to manage daily operations, including stock takes, goods delivery and transfer, store maintenance, and system error resolution.
2. Accurately prepare and analyze various business performance reports.
3. Execute payroll calculations, including roster verification, commission, incentives, and allowances.
4. Collaborate with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure optimal stock replenishment and minimize stockouts.
5. Handle invoice settlements efficiently.
6. Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance business efficiency.
7. Coordinate with relevant departments to communicate and implement changes.
8. Serve as the primary contact for retail system inquiries.
9. Support retail projects, including store renovations and customer events.
10. Manage the operational budget and control expenses.

1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry.

1. Proficiency in computer applications, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
2. Strong numerical aptitude, patience, and attention to detail.
3. Comprehensive understanding of retail systems, operations, and basic merchandising principles.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail beauty industry is required.

Bachelor's degree required.
