1. Over 5 years of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
2. More than 3 years of experience in managing and leading sales teams.
3. Experience managing high-revenue stores.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
5. High sensitivity to luxury products.
6. Professional appearance and demeanor, with no visible tattoos.
7. Ability to provide expert skincare knowledge and advice to customers.
8. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
9. Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and email communication.
