- Drive sell-out analysis and reporting by franchise, product, and point of sales.
- Ensure timely tracking of retail and sales against targets, identifying gaps and collaborating with teams to develop action plans.
- Manage monthly net sales estimates, analyze variances against budget, and report findings to headquarters.
- Monitor and analyze sales driver budgets, including consistency, discounts, testers, and returns.
- Provide monthly flash reports on business sales performance, including insights and strategic recommendations.
- Deliver weekly and monthly Sell-in and Sell-out reports for Southeast Asia Oceania.
- Own standard reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while implementing improvements.
- Conduct deep data analysis on sales and activation trends as needed.
- Analyze marketing and visual merchandising costs.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports in response to headquarters requests.
- Collaborate with the Business Controller to support planning, data collection, and template preparation from a commercial perspective.
- Assist with system data uploads and work with the Business Controller and Regional General Manager to prepare budget presentations and strategy plans.
- Own and drive monthly reporting for scorecard door and quarterly marketing CRM.
- Conduct brand and competitor analysis quarterly to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Lead market size and business market share projections across the region.
- Address ad-hoc business questions to drive product, channel, and country sales strategies.
- Manage timely processing of purchase orders and liaise with internal partners for expense follow-ups.
- Handle invoice documentation and vendor creation.
- Ensure proper cut-off procedures at month-end closing and reconcile expenses and vendor statements of account.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data/business analysis.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and data presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data management, manipulation, analytics, and report generation using SAP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and other technologies.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Problem-solving skills with business acumen.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in data or business analysis, preferably within the retail sector.
