1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tester bottles and counters.
2. Spray fragrance at the counter every 30 minutes.
3. Ensure all testers are returned to their designated places promptly.
4. Organize and store paper bags and related materials.
5. Prepare ribbons and packaging materials as required.
6. Support inventory management tasks.
7. Greet customers with a smile and distribute fragrance samples.
8. Invite customers into the store and introduce them to beauty advisors.
9. Assist in serving water and seating customers.
10. Help beauty advisors with gift box packaging.
11. Engage customers with simple greetings to avoid awkward waiting times.
12. Encourage customers to scan the company QR code and distribute samples upon successful scanning.

1. Currently enrolled as a student.
2. Passionate about makeup and beauty products.
3. Outgoing personality with honesty and reliability.
4. Strong service orientation and execution skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in beauty and cosmetics is essential.

Currently enrolled in an educational institution.

Compensation ranges from ¥28 to ¥50 per hour in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. In other cities, the range is ¥22 to ¥44 per hour. Detailed compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.

Interns may have the opportunity to transition to full-time Beauty Advisor roles upon graduation. Eligible interns can also participate in the retail management trainee selection process, offering diverse career development paths within LVMH's beauty division.
