1. Maintain cleanliness of tester bottle nozzles.
2. Spray fragrance in the counter area every 30 minutes.
3. Monitor and clean the counter surface to ensure tidiness.
4. Reorganize and return testers to their designated places.
5. Organize and store paper bags and related materials.
6. Prepare ribbons and packaging materials as required.
7. Support inventory activities.
8. Greet customers with a smile and distribute fragrance samples.
9. Invite customers into the store and introduce them to beauty advisors.
10. Offer water to customers and invite them to be seated.
11. Assist beauty advisors in gift box packaging.
12. Engage with customers when beauty advisors are occupied, using simple greetings to ease waiting times.
13. Encourage customers to scan the company QR code and distribute samples upon successful scanning.

1. Currently enrolled as a student.
2. Passion for makeup and beauty products.
3. Outgoing personality with honesty and reliability.
4. Strong service orientation and execution skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure.

No prior experience required, suitable for students.

Must be a current student.

Compensation ranges from RMB 30 to 40 per hour in major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, and RMB 25 to 32 per hour in other cities. Detailed compensation structure to be discussed during the interview.

Opportunity for conversion to a full-time Beauty Advisor role upon graduation, with potential selection for the retail management trainee program.
