Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

- Achieve retail sales goals in assigned stores through strategic call cycles and event planning.
- Conduct in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel, including Sephora Beauty Advisors.
- Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively within the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute in-store events aligned with brand initiatives, building strong relationships with store associates and leadership.
- Represent the Fresh brand by leading with exemplary sales techniques.
- Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas meet merchandising standards.
- Negotiate with store personnel to optimize space and location within Sephora.
- Maintain above-average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand.
- Develop store-specific action plans to achieve sales goals across the territory.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for beauty industry experience.
- Working knowledge of in-store retail environments, particularly Sephora.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Flexible working hours to meet job objectives.
- Ability to work remotely without home office responsibilities.
- Proactive client engagement and brand promotion.
- Team motivation and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ownership of a vehicle for territory travel.
- Consumer-centric relationship building.
- Agility in adapting to change.

Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably within the beauty industry, with experience in retail environments such as Sephora.
The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 CAD per year.
