Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

- Achieve retail sales goals in assigned stores through strategic call cycles and event planning.
- Conduct in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel, including Sephora Beauty Advisors.
- Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support the territory.
- Plan and execute in-store events in alignment with brand initiatives.
- Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with sales associates and leadership.
- Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas adhere to merchandising standards.
- Negotiate with store personnel to optimize space and location within Sephora locations.
- Maintain above-average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand.
- Create store-specific action plans to achieve sales goals across the territory.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a mandatory background in the beauty industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a retail environment, preferably within Sephora.
- Event planning and execution experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the territory and possession of a vehicle.
- Proactive client engagement and brand promotion.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $78,000 CAD.
