Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

- Achieve retail sales goals in assigned stores through strategic call cycle and event planning.
- Conduct in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel, including Sephora Beauty Advisors.
- Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute in-store events in alignment with brand initiatives while fostering strong relationships with store sales associates and leadership.
- Represent the Fresh brand and lead by example using Fresh and Sephora sales techniques.
- Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas adhere to merchandising standards.
- Negotiate with store personnel to secure optimal space and location within Sephora stores.
- Maintain above-average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand.
- Develop store-specific action plans to achieve sales goals across the assigned territory.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a mandatory background in the beauty industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a retail environment, preferably within Sephora.
- Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Event planning and execution experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to travel within the territory and ownership of a vehicle.
- Capability to work remotely without home office responsibilities.
- Proactive client engagement and brand promotion skills.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $78,000 CAD.
