1. Receive, validate, and record client orders using SAP.
2. Monitor order portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and shipment.
3. Manage orders for exhibitions and fittings.
4. Coordinate logistics with commercial and logistics teams.
5. Handle administrative tasks for new client sales points in France and internationally.
6. Update commercial sales tools, including pricing and order forms.
7. Respond to B2B client inquiries from boutiques and distributors.
8. Ensure seamless information flow to the commercial team and logistics provider.
9. Update and track performance dashboards for orders and sales.
10. Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Management, or Logistics.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B commercial or logistics environment.

1. Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel for data processing.
2. Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
3. Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Italian is advantageous.
4. Understanding of international trade, including incoterms and customs.
5. Customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
6. Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
7. Ability to manage priorities and unforeseen challenges.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

A minimum of 3 years in a B2B commercial or logistics setting, preferably with international exposure.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Business, Management, or Logistics.
