- Receive, validate, and record client orders using SAP.
- Monitor order portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and shipment.
- Manage orders for exhibitions and fittings.
- Coordinate logistics with commercial and logistics teams.
- Handle administrative tasks for new client sales points in France and internationally.
- Update commercial sales tools, including pricing and order forms.
- Respond to B2B client inquiries from boutiques and distributors.
- Ensure seamless information flow to the commercial team and logistics provider.
- Update and track performance dashboards for orders and sales.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Management, or Logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B commercial or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel for data processing.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Italian is advantageous.
- Understanding of international trade, including incoterms and customs.
- Customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
- Ability to manage priorities and unforeseen challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A minimum of 3 years in a B2B commercial or logistics setting, preferably with international exposure.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Business, Management, or Logistics.
