Fred Store Planning Project Manager

- Lead and coordinate international store deployment projects from feasibility to post-opening, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.
- Analyze market data to conduct precise feasibility studies, including budget estimation and preliminary planning.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to consolidate comprehensive project briefs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Integrate internal retail and support department needs into project briefs for coherent execution.
- Assume full responsibility for project budgets, timelines, and quality, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Manage external consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers, ensuring alignment with legal policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external design architects for project documentation and approvals.
- Oversee execution architects, general contractors, and key stakeholders involved in projects.
- Review tenders, verify orders and invoices, ensuring adherence to internal validation and budget tracking procedures.
- Collaborate with local architects to ensure compliance with standards, budgets, and timelines, exploring value engineering options.
- Coordinate with administrative support for rigorous budgetary and accounting project tracking.
- Adapt to and improve internal tools and procedures for optimized operational performance.
- Contribute to enhancing store energy performance as part of the company's CSR initiatives.
- Architectural degree (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE) or equivalent engineering qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- Recognized for attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy in project management.
- Fluency in English with technical architectural vocabulary.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving orientation and proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to multicultural contexts.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and implementation.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a luxury brand.
Architectural degree (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE) or equivalent engineering qualification.
