Fred Product Development Project Manager

- Coordinate and lead internal and external project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee projects from initiation to production, ensuring adherence to aesthetic, cost, and timeline criteria.
- Ensure compliance with Fred's quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project timelines and manage key deliverables and milestones.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including Methods, Experts, Purchasing, Supply, and Marketing.
- Identify and address project risks, proposing and implementing necessary action plans.
- Initiate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Update project management tools and track administrative and budgetary aspects of projects.
- Work closely with production workshops and various departments within the company.
- Degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project management within the jewelry industry or a similar field.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as PLM and SAP is advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.
- Availability for regular travel within France and Europe.
- Effective interaction and communication with all stakeholders.
- Cross-functional management skills.
- Ability to make informed decisions amidst project uncertainties.
- Strong autonomy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Critical thinking and organizational skills.
Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in the jewelry sector or a related industry.
Degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
