1. Coordinate and lead internal and external project teams to ensure successful project execution.
2. Oversee projects from initiation to production, ensuring adherence to aesthetic, cost, and timeline criteria.
3. Ensure compliance with Fred's quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Define project timelines and manage key deliverables and milestones.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective project execution.
6. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including Methods, Experts, Purchasing, Supply, and Marketing.
7. Identify and address project risks, proposing and implementing necessary action plans.
8. Initiate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
9. Update project management tools and track administrative and budgetary aspects of projects.
10. Work closely with production workshops and various departments within the company.

1. Degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in project management within the jewelry industry or a similar field.
3. Familiarity with project management tools such as PLM and SAP is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.
5. Availability for regular travel within France and Europe.
