1. Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts including distribution, commercial, partnership, designer, service, supply, IT, and intellectual property rights agreements.
2. Participate in contract negotiations when necessary.
3. Manage the signing process of contracts and maintain the contract database.
4. Conduct legal research and provide consultations.
5. Assist in pre-litigation and litigation processes.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Distribution and Consumer Law.
2. DJCE or dual training in IEP/Business School is appreciated.
3. CRFPA qualification is a plus.

2. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
3. Exceptional writing skills.
4. Proficiency in English.

Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is appreciated.

Pursuing a Master's degree in relevant legal fields.

A stipend of €1300 gross per month.
