Fred CRM Assistant Intern

- Implement and monitor One-to-Many and One-to-One client campaigns.
- Create and manage newsletter campaigns across all markets, including graphic proposals, text drafting in French and English, and coordination of translations.
- Integrate email campaigns into the sending platform, prepare targeting, conduct BAT tests, and manage campaign routing.
- Coordinate internal communications with the image, social media, and e-commerce departments, as well as local market activations and occasional creative agency coordination.
- Develop and implement personalized One-to-One messages for the sales force using clienteling tools.
- Participate in updating and analyzing monthly CRM dashboards and KPIs.
- Report and analyze campaign performances using business intelligence tools and consolidate findings for management and markets.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and CRM benchmarking.
- Pursuing a Master's degree from a business school, university, or engineering school.
- Strong interest in the jewelry industry and customer relations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Photoshop is advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree from a business school, university, or engineering school.
Internship stipend of €1,300 gross per month.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers worth €10 per working day with 60% covered by the company, and 50% coverage of transport subscription.
