Fred Boutique Manager

- Lead and develop the boutique team through coaching, regular feedback and structured development plans; recruit talent and secure succession for key roles.
- Drive sales performance and commercial results by defining and implementing actionable plans, with particular focus on High and Medium jewellery segments.
- Role-model exceptional client service and the selling ceremony; ensure optimal customer flow and rostering so every client receives personalised attention.
- Build and expand a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, database development and after‑sales service excellence.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations including inventory control, retail tool adoption (FOH/BOH), facilities upkeep, grooming standards and process harmonisation.
- Monitor business performance, conduct audits, analyse market trends and share actionable insights with regional stakeholders.
- Represent the brand locally through networking and events to strengthen market visibility and brand awareness.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail or jewellery boutique management with demonstrated people leadership.
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing high‑value client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to inspire diverse teams and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage.
- Proficient with POS systems and retail software; confident user of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong interest in jewellery, fashion, art and culture and a client‑centric mindset.

Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail or jewellery boutique management, demonstrating successful team leadership, client development and sales growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
