- Oversee the supervision of two customer service hubs located in Paris and the USA, ensuring continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Manage order processing and address customer complaints efficiently using Salesforce Service Console and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Logistics, IT, and Quality to resolve complex issues, ensuring transparent communication with clients.
- Ensure proper handling of product returns and refunds for e-commerce orders.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of customer service hubs, consolidating market performances and suggesting optimizations.
- Draft and update procedural articles in Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance the knowledge base available to advisors.
- Analyze B2C customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and synthesize feedback into monthly and weekly reports.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of customer feedback through various channels to enhance offerings and internal processes.
- Assist in the coordination of omni-channel CRM projects, including workshop preparation, animation support, and presentation creation.
- Aid in the preparation of parcel shipments, ensuring accurate delivery information and timely dispatch.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous, meticulous, and proactive, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Experience in digital marketing or customer service is advantageous.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in digital marketing or customer service.
Master's degree in progress (business school or equivalent).
