1. Assist with the opening of new retail locations, including completion of necessary ACD forms.
2. Support franchise reporting and data management, contributing to data entry tasks and maintaining dashboards.
3. Monitor retailer stock management, providing recommendations for stockholding and order quantities.
4. Review product assortments by door and retailer, ensuring alignment with category management principles.
5. Assist with new product launches, including New Line Forms (NLFs) and digital product information for e-retail.
6. Track and manage unfulfilled orders, providing insights for forecasting meetings.
7. Coordinate returns process with key accounts.
8. Conduct weekly site-walks of e-retail partner websites to monitor retailer activities.
9. Support online Point of Sale Material (POSM) activities, including dispatch of products and samples.
10. Assist with training and onboarding support, including travel planning and venue setup.
11. Update and distribute the monthly newsletter to internal stakeholders.
12. Manage distribution of brand gifts and incentives to Points of Sale (POS) and retailers.

1. Graduate with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
2. Experience in sales or marketing within the luxury environment is advantageous but not essential.
