1. Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Group accounting and finance departments and the FHH team.
2. Regularly update the team on important communications and developments.
3. Prepare and deliver onboarding and training sessions and presentations to the team.
4. Support and oversee the procurement-to-pay process, including purchase order creation and vendor profile management via SAP.
5. Manage advances, regular payments, and invoice issuance, ensuring compliance with Group policies.
6. Reconcile invoices, expense reports, and Visa statements, and manage event budget reconciliations.
7. Maintain relationships with supporting Group departments and external vendors.
8. Assist executives and the team with budgeting and monthly closings, including SAP extractions and reconciliations.
9. Support the team during events, handling accounting matters and final budget reconciliations.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounting position.
2. Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Service-oriented with strong organizational and collaborative skills.
3. Excellent communication and writing abilities.
4. Proactive with the ability to multitask effectively.
5. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
6. Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role, with familiarity in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
