Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie (FHH) is a prestigious organization dedicated to the global promotion of watchmaking culture, positioning timepieces as objects of art and cultural significance. - Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Group accounting and finance departments and the FHH team.
- Regularly update the team on important communications and developments.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding and training sessions and presentations to the team.
- Support and oversee the procurement-to-pay process, including purchase order creation and vendor profile management via SAP.
- Manage advances, regular payments, and invoice issuance, ensuring compliance with Group policies.
- Reconcile invoices, expense reports, and Visa statements, and manage event budget reconciliations.
- Maintain relationships with supporting Group departments and external vendors.
- Assist executives and the team with budgeting and monthly closings, including SAP extractions and reconciliations.
- Support the team during events, handling accounting matters and final budget reconciliations.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounting position.
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable departments.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Service-oriented with strong organizational and collaborative skills.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Proactive with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in SAP, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role, with familiarity in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
