1. Lead the retail team to achieve national sales targets by analyzing performance across all locations and implementing strategies to drive growth.
2. Maintain strong relationships with landlords and customers to maximize brand impact and business growth.

4. Continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.

6. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and proficiency in English.

A minimum of 6 years in retail operations with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
